This weeks theme at La-La Land Crafts is all about hearts and love. I didn’t want to do the traditional red heart theme so I stepped out of the box with this sweet duck holding his single flower. By going less traditional this card really could be used any time of year and not just for valentines.

Here is the steps to create this card.

Step 1 – Die cut a large and medium scallop panel from white card stock. The smaller scallop panel stamp in your ink choice the hearts forever background stamp.

Step 2 – Stamp sentiment on scalloped circle die cut and cut a portion off the scallop towards the bottom to create a half circle.

Step 3 – Add leaves, duck, and heart wreaths to the smaller panel. Glue down and add twine around it. Adhere to large scallop panel. Glue to your card base.
