My heart beeps for you

Sharing some quick and easy tags today using these adorable Robots from Streamside Studios April Release.

To make these tags.

I used 3 sizes of tags.

The largest tag I Ink blended using distress oxide inks.

For the next size down I stencilled and used Nuvo drops for the background. I also added a small half scallop die cut towards the bottom that I Ink blended to match the bottom tag.

I finished the tags with the smallest tag on top. I Ink blended it to match the bottom tag and added the robot with foam tape to the top as well as the sentiment. The images were coloured in Copics.

I hope you enjoyed these tags as much as I do.

One in a melon

With summer just around the corner it’s a perfect time to share this new digital image from Streamside Studios

This little digital sweetie comes with the watermelon behind her as well as a separate image of just her and some fun sentiments.

Here’s the steps to create this card.

Start by die cutting a circle card base.

Add a stencilled die cut circle that’s slightly smaller then your base on top.

Add a scalloped circle that is approximately the size of the image.

Any gaps between the scalloped frame and image I glued white card stock behind.

Die cut and colour some flowers, and add the sentiment on top of coloured card stock.

I finished the card with some fruit embellishments.

Miss you fairy much!

It’s the first of the month and I was so excited for this months release at Streamside Studios

There is so much to love in this release. Today I’m using this gorgeous fairy coloured in shades of orange and purple.

To make this card

I started by die cutting two stitched rectangles, one in orange and one in white.

The orange one I attached to my card front. On top of the orange panel I added the white one with stamped out hearts coloured in orange and the sentiment heat embossed in clear over black ink.

I coloured the flowers and fairy in Copics in the colours YR09,Y38,Y32 and for the purple in BV01,000,0000.

I fussy cut all the images and glued to the top of the white panel. I trimmed off the excess stems hanging off the bottom. The front one flower was attached with foam tape so I could tuck the fairy in behind as well as the butterfly, fairy and fairy wand. I also tucked some leaves behind and adhered with liquid glue.

I hope you love this Set as much as I do. You can find these adorable images at Streamside Studios

Magical things

Thanks for stopping by! I have some more march release goodness from Streamside Studios Im sharing today! This gorgeous fairy is from the stamp set “Moon Fairy”. This set also has a fun puffy cloud, a chick and some fun star stamps. Today Im sharing one of the cards I created using the fairy and the sentiment in this set for a quick and easy card.

To make this card

I started by stamping, colouring and fussy cutting the fairy.

I die cut 3 different sized rectangles from white card stock and blended shades of blue on the 2 smaller ones. I used a gelly roll pen on both rectangles to add splatters of white.

The large rectangle panel the sentiment was stamped in black and added towards the bottom of the panel. I attached this to a white card base with the 2 smaller rectangles askew on top. I added the fairy with foam tape and a few glass embellishments to complete the card.

Fairy garden

Thanks for stopping by! I have some more march release goodness from Streamside Studios Im sharing today! This gorgeous fairy is from the stamp set “Moon Fairy”. This set also has a fun puffy cloud, a chick and some fun star stamps. Today Im sharing one of the cards I created using the fairy and the sentiment in this set for a quick and easy card.

To make this card

I started by colouring with copics and fussy cutting my fairy and tall flowers.

On two separate white rectangle panels I blended distress oxide inks. The first panel was a solid panel in picked raspberry, the other was worn lipstick and spun sugar blended using a cloud stencil.

I added a white and pink splatter pattern to the background using gelly roll pens on top of the cloud stencil panel. On this panel I glued down the tall flowers and stamped my sentiment.

I die cut a hill and coloured with mowed lawn distress oxide ink and attached to the bottom of the stencilled panel as well. I finished the card with some vines and leaves in shades of green and attached to a white card base.
