Florals

Thanks for stopping by!, I have some gorgeous florals from Rubbernecker stamps I’m playing with for today’s cards. These beauties were released this month along with many other gorgeous layering floral stamps.

Nested Circle Dies With Stitching

I created two cards with some of the new florals and mixed in some of the older release ones on the blue card.

Here is how I made the pink card using the newest set.

I started with white card stock and die cut the circle background with stitching frame.

On a separate sheet of white card stock I used the buds to stamp around the page in pinks and greens using the color fuse inks. I wanted the background to peek outside the stitched frame so I just slightly trimmed down the edges.

I attached some pink twine and tied in a bow towards the bottom of the frame and glued to the stamped panel then both were attached to my white card base.

I added a stitched circle die cut to the center of the card and positioned the flower, buds and leaves and adhered with liquid glue.

For the flower I stamped in shades of green from lightest to darkest. For the last layer I decided to emboss in white to create a brighter effect on the flower. The sentiment “hello” was added to both cards in black ink and heat embossed in clear.

Crafty hugs,

Allie
