Here is the steps to create this card.

Step 1 – Blend Color Fuse Inks on white card stock and stamp snowy background.

Step 2 – Die cut using the second largest stitched rectangle.

Step 3 – Die cut nested circle dies from white card stock and glue to blended ink panel.

Step 4 – Color and die cut bear and glue above the circle die cuts.

Step 5 – Die cut scalloped panel from white card stock.

Step 6 – Glue inked panel to scalloped die cut and adhere to card base.

Step 7 – Stamp sentiment and add white nuvo drops to finish card.
